Role Description

The Home Furnishing Specialist will oversee the design, merchandising, and customer experience in store. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting furniture and decor items, understanding their requirements, offering personalized solutions, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom. The role also involves collaboration with vendors and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends and product features. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of furnishing trends, and home dcor styling
• Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
• Strong organizational skills for merchandising and maintaining showroom aesthetics
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with inventory management and vendor collaboration is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed for customer availability
• Educational background in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or related fields preferred
