Main Goal
- Supervise the export / domestic seed production at HF, supervise workers allocated and allocation to be done every morning.
- Nursery Management
- Documentation : Fill the field visit report, collecting quotation, preparing requests, following up for approval and material receipt. Keep updated workers attendance records.
Job Description
- Supervise fields for the crops allocated & Nursery management for Homefarm Hiriyur & Network growers.
- Fill the reports in prescribed format.
- Weekly and monthly report updations on regular basis.
- Communication with vendors to collect quotations.
- Follow up with procurement for PO after receipt of final approval.
- Submission of final documents to finance for further payment to vendor.
- Petty cash Bills preparation to submit details to finance every month.
- Seed dispatch, seed procurement and final shipment to Hyderabad.
Good knowledge about agronomical practices for solaneceous and gourds, good communication skill.
