Job Description
- Responsible for Jio Home Delivery (JHD) in JC Operation.
- Manage and supervise various outbound channels to ensure high service, levels for JHD customers.
- Recruit, train & deploy outbound direct sales agents in JC area as, per the given target.
- Monitor refresher training on JHD process and product knowledge to, agents.
- Drive Lead Acceptance & Lead Delivery on day to today basis.
- Ensure JC Level Master Configurations on JHD platform - Agents Stores, PIN Codes, Products.
- JC territory planning to ensure 100% manning coverage.
- Supervise and manage General Trade & Own Store promoters (xDSS) for, Home Delivery.
- Propose improvements to ensure augmented customer experience.
- Monitor and gather competition/industry plan, initiatives, policies and best practices
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of managing , supervising direct sales teams of min 8-10,people.
- Knowledge of product and market.
- Knowledge of Direct Sales Practices.
