Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Care Provider located in Ranchi. Responsibilities include providing personalized home care services, assisting with daily personal care tasks, monitoring the well-being of individuals, and fostering a safe and comfortable living environment. The role also involves empathetic interaction and effective communication with clients while ensuring their emotional and physical needs are met.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Caregiving and Home Care
- Proficiency in providing Personal Care and Elder Care services
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build trust and connect with clients
- Patience, empathy, and strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of hygiene, health, and safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in caregiving are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar caregiving or home care role is an advantage
