Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Home Care Nurse role located in Bengaluru. The Home Care Nurse will deliver high-quality nursing care to postnatal mothers and newborns, including patient monitoring, providing medical support, and ensuring their well-being. The role will also involve wound care, patient education, and maintaining accurate care records. Flexibility, compassion, and the ability to deliver sensitive care in a home setting are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Nursing and Home Care practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care
- Expertise in Wound Care techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and other healthcare professionals
- Current nursing certification and registration
- Experience in postnatal or maternal healthcare is a plus
