This is a full-time on-site role, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, for a Holidays Package Specialist. The role involves creating tailored holiday packages, processing bookings, coordinating with travel partners, and providing high-quality customer service. The specialist will also handle inquiries, manage trip itineraries, and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be a key part of the role to promote travel services and maintain client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in holiday package creation and itinerary planning
• Strong coordination and negotiation skills for liaising with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners
• Customer service skills including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, and experience with ticketing systems
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
• Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred
