Job Responsibilities:

What you'll do:

Design, customize, and manage holiday packages for individual and group travelers

Advise clients on destinations, accommodations, and experiences

Coordinate with hotels, tour operators, and transport partners

Handle end-to-end bookings, documentation, and itinerary planning

Drive sales through upselling of add-on services and travel insurance

Use travel booking systems efficiently and stay updated with industry trends

Manage travel disruptions with prompt solutions and strong customer focus

What we're looking for:

23 years of experience in holiday travel services

Strong destination knowledge and customer service skills

Proven sales and upselling capability

Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills

Travel & Tourism certification (preferred)
