Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Planner, located in Indore. The Holiday Planner will be responsible for designing customized travel itineraries, coordinating with clients to understand their travel preferences, researching destinations, and arranging accommodations, transportation, and activities. The role also involves liaising with travel agencies and partners, staying up to date on travel trends, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in itinerary planning, travel coordination, and destination research
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with team members
  • Knowledge of travel booking platforms, industry software, and relevant tools
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for travel and familiarity with various domestic and international destinations
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in travel planning or customer service is an advantage
