Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Holiday Expert. The Holiday Expert will be responsible for curating and delivering personalized holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities will include researching and designing travel itineraries, collaborating with suppliers, optimizing travel offerings, and managing bookings and payment processes. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between clients and travel partners, ensuring a seamless travel planning experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel planning, research, and itinerary design
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of international and domestic holiday destinations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proven sales and negotiation skills in travel-related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
