This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Consultant based in Kozhikode. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, designing customized vacation packages, and providing expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities. The role also involves coordinating with service providers, handling bookings and visa documentation, and delivering excellent customer support to ensure memorable and hassle-free travel experiences for clients.

• Strong knowledge in travel consultation, including creating tailored itineraries and recommending destinations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to assist clients effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in handling travel bookings, visa processes, and coordination with service vendors.
• Ability to research destinations and identify client preferences to provide personalized holiday solutions.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests and bookings efficiently.
• Experience in a travel or tourism industry setting is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
