Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Consultant located in Ahmedabad. The Holiday Consultant will assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering holiday package suggestions, managing bookings, and handling customer queries. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and providing support during their travel experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of travel itinerary planning and travel booking systems
• Ability to handle multiple clients, manage bookings, and resolve client issues effectively
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using travel planning tools and software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
