Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for the Head of the Department (HOD) and Professor - Computer Science & Engineering. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the department, mentoring faculty, driving curriculum development, and ensuring quality teaching and research standards. Additional responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, developing research programs, supervising student projects, fostering industry collaborations, and contributing to the institution's academic goals through innovative practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in core areas of Computer Science, including advanced knowledge of Data Science and Cybersecurity
• Proficiency in modern Programming languages and relevant frameworks
• Experience in Curriculum Development and alignment with current industry trends
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities to lead a department
• PhD in Computer Science and Engineering mandatory
• Demonstrated research contributions through publications in reputed journals and conferences
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
• Prior experience in academic administration is an added advantage
