Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Engineering -Discipline Management Roles are responsible for inspiring andcatalysingthe improvement of best practices within the Mechanical Engineering discipline, ensuring that they are mastered effectively.They act as a privileged point of contact on complex subjects and take on an educational role so that their team can reach discipline excellence and deliver competitive solutions within a multidisciplinary environment.
They are managers-coaches serving discipline's engineers and offering a diverse and inclusive environment with Hungry Humble Aware values. They are the guardians of an engineering discipline excellence in a learning environment which contribute to highly competitiverealizations(Quality, Attractiveness, Cost, Lead time).
