Qualification Requirements:
- JLPT N1 or N2 certified (mandatory)
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Japanese Language or related field preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of teaching/training experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Japanese Language Department
- Design and oversee curriculum for JLPT levels (N5N1)
- Mentor and guide Japanese language trainers
- Ensure quality delivery of training and academic standards
- Coordinate with management
Skills Required:
- Excellent proficiency in Japanese and English
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Curriculum planning and academic administration experience
- Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills
