Job Description
Lead end-to-end IT strategy and digital transformation for the retail business Manage technology platforms supporting B2B and B2C channels Drive dealer and distributor management systems and ecosystem integration Oversee POS infrastructure and operations across retail touchpoints, including Bharuwa/POS platforms Ensure smooth ERP, CRM and retail application integrations Improve customer experience, sales effectiveness and operational efficiency through technology initiatives Lead IT governance, vendor management and infrastructure initiatives Manage business stakeholders and translate commercial needs into technology solutions
Principal Accountabilities
