Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive our Hospitality
vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality education and
training, either as a professor at IHM institutes or as part of the L&D team of a leading
hospitality chain. This role involves designing and implementing curriculum, managing
student training programs, collaborating with industry partners, and ensuring program
quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and oversee the delivery of a best-in-class
work-integrated learning program for hospitality students.
Industry Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with
leading hospitality brands to facilitate on-the-job training and internships.
Faculty & Trainer Management: Work with faculty, industry experts, and trainers
to ensure high-quality instruction.
Student Mentorship: Guide students in their learning journey, bridging the gap
between classroom concepts and real-world applications.
Quality Assurance: Monitor program effectiveness through regular
assessments, student feedback, and industry benchmarking.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless
execution of the program, including academic and industry training schedules.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with university partners, accreditation bodies,
and corporate partners to ensure compliance and program success.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality education or training.
