Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Hobbing Operator at Nemade Engineers Pvt. Ltd. The Hobbing Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring gear hobbing machines to produce precision components. The role includes interpreting technical drawings, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and performing routine maintenance on machinery. The Hobbing Operator will work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating and setting up gear hobbing machines
• Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
• Proficient in quality control processes and measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Relevant vocational training or certification in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in gear manufacturing or precision machining is a plus
