Experience: 10–15 years in HNI/UNHI Acquisition.
Client Acquisition & Market Expansion
- Lead acquisition of HNI & Ultra HNI clients through networks, referrals, and market connect
- Build strong presence within the affluent client ecosystem (entrepreneurs, promoters, professionals)
Revenue Ownership & Business Growth
- Own broking revenue delivery across equity, derivatives, commodity, and currency segments.
- Drive growth in MTF book, client wallet share, and trading activity.
Team Leadership & Performance
- Build and lead a team of HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors
- Drive a performance-led, ownership-driven culture.
Client Relationships & Advisory
- Build and nurture relationships with top HNI/UHNI clients.
- Deliver tailored investment strategies and market insights.
Advisory Excellence & Research Integration
- Drive a research-led advisory approach across the team
- Leverage fundamental and technical insights for high-conviction ideas.
Cross-Sell & Wealth Integration
- Drive adoption of wealth products (MFs, PMS/AIF, structured products, insurance)
- Improve client wallet share and product penetration.
Market Presence & Thought Leadership
- Represent the organization in client forums and market interactions
- Build strong external credibility and brand presence in the HNI segment
