Job Description:

Job Title: Business and Quality Analyst-HL7/FHIR

Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Experience: 5+ Years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clarify and document HL7 interface requirements for new integration requests.
• Analyze workflows and data mappings across Epic, HCHB, and other Home Health EMR systems.
• Collaborate with Integration Architects and the EMR Program Manager to define and validate HL7 message specifications (ADT, ORU, ORM, etc.).
• Create and execute test plans for HL7 message validation.
• Troubleshoot HL7 message failures and recommend improvements for usability and accuracy.
• Coordinate UAT efforts with external partners and internal operational and IT stakeholders.
• Create workflows and documentation to support integration efforts and facilitate rapid onboarding with external partners.
• Ensure compliance with corporate directives and healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA).
