Type:Contract
Compensation:$20$40/hour

Commitment:1040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic history prompts spanning historical analysis, historiographical comparison, primary source interpretation, timelines, and cause-and-effect reasoning.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, nuance, contextual depth, and cultural authenticity.
- Write high-quality human-authored gold responses for complex or interpretive historical questions.
- Create controlled prompt variations that test subtle differences in time period, geographic region, political context, or historiographical framing.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones (academic, explanatory, narrative) and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving anachronisms, oversimplification, biased framing, or culturally inconsistent interpretations.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of sustained, serious engagement with history as a hobby or scholarly pursuit.
- Active participation in historical discourse within at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong familiarity with regional history, historiographical traditions, and culturally specific perspectives within your language context.
- Ability to articulate historical arguments and contextual analysis clearly in the target language.
- Strong written communication skills and thoughtful editorial judgment.
