Position

Medical Coding Trainee / Medical Coder – Fresher

Eligibility

• BSc / MSc Zoology graduates
• Freshers are welcome
• Medical coding training Candidates with good interest in healthcare and medical terminology can apply

Job Responsibilities

• Review medical records, clinical documentation, and patient information
• Understand medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.
• Ensure accurate and compliant coding of diagnoses and procedures.
• Follow client-specific coding guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity targets.
• Identify documentation gaps and seek clarification when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information 

Skills Required

• Good knowledge of Biology and Zoology concepts
• Basic understanding of Human Anatomy & Physiology
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and logical skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good English communication and comprehension
• Willingness to learn medical coding
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Candidates

Zoology graduates who are interested in starting a career in Healthcare IT / Medical Coding.
