Hiring: Windows Administrator-Mumbai

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Windows Administrator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows server environments and will play a key role in ensuring the stability and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

·        Strong background and understanding of Windows and Linux environments

·        Automation – Batch job, PowerShell scripting, etc.

·        Daily maintenance/administration of multiple Windows servers

·        Mounting / Installation and configuration of Windows

·        Installation and configuration of IIS server on Windows

·        Assists with standard Back-ups/tape drive and recovery etc

·        Configuration and maintenance of log and performance monitoring systems

·        Experience in a high‐availability and mission-critical environment.

·        Experience in virtualisation (VMware / ESX) and network attached storage

·        Team player with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure in a complex environment

·        Understanding of Trading Infrastructure and applications.

·        Vulnerability and Patch Management from IT security perspective.

·        Domain Controller, Azure AD, DNS installation with configuration and troubleshooting

·        Maintaining inventory of the data centre from a sysadmin perspective.

·        Working with ticketing systems/change managements

·        Understanding of networking concepts, etc.

·        Vendor / OEM coordination, call logs, troubleshooting, follow-up until resolution.

·        Experience working in multiple data centre including third party data centres

·        Open to working shifts and over weekends on a rotational basis.
