Who should apply
We are not looking for casual scrollers or passive social media users. We are looking for people who are deeply plugged into India's real-time internet culture and understand how trends emerge, evolve, and spread.
You should meet most of the following:
- Fluent in Urdu (reading, writing, and cultural fluency)
- Strong command of English (to explain trends and evaluate AI outputs)
- Active presence across platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, X (Twitter), Snapchat, Reddit, etc.
- Strong understanding of:
- Indian memes, slang, humour, irony, and sarcasm
- Viral trends and evolving formats
- Platform-specific cultures (what works on Reels vs X vs WhatsApp, etc.)
- Trending hashtags, challenges, formats, and content styles
- Regional internet cultures and online communities
- Ability to explain why something is trending, not just identify that it is trending
- Creators, influencers, meme creators, community managers, or deeply engaged digital culture participants are strongly preferred.
- No academic background required. Real-world cultural fluency matters more than formal credentials.
Your Role
- Teach AI models to understand Indian internet culture the way real people experience it
- Create culturally authentic examples of trends, memes, slang, and online behavior
- Explain the deeper context behind viral content so AI understands meaning, not just words
- Evaluate AI outputs in Urdu for tone accuracy, cultural realism, humour accuracy, and relevance
- Identify AI blind spots, such as:
- Misinterpreting humour, irony, or sarcasm
- Missing India-specific cultural nuance
- Overgeneralizing global trends without Indian context
- Collaborate with a global team shaping how AI understands modern digital culture
This is not a content-writing gig. We are looking for people who genuinely live inside Indian internet culture and can instantly tell when something feels authentic vs out of touch.
