Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate and drivenInternational Sales Executives (Voice Process)to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for outbound sales, customer engagement, and lead conversion. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Inbound/Outbound Sales Calls: Handle calls transferred by the Telemarketing (TM) team to qualify, engage, and convert potential customers.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive hardcore sales by promoting and selling our services to international clients.
  • Client Engagement: Take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including client follow-ups and agreement closures.
  • Telemarketing Support: Make outbound calls through dialer/manual methods as required, ensuring a high conversion rate.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:30 AM IST)
  • Login Hours: 9.5 hours including breaks
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of international voice sales experience is mandatory
  • Transport: Both-side cab facility provided
  • Incentives: Lucrative, performance-based incentive structure

Skills & Competencies:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Education: Open to both graduates and undergraduates
  • Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Adaptability: Ability to follow structured scripts and customize them as per client needs
  • Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dialer systems and manual calling tools
