Classified Property helps clients buy, sell and rent properties in Kolkata and nearby areas. We aim to make the property search and transaction process smooth and customer-friendly.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Telecaller to speak with prospective clients, understand their property requirements and connect them with suitable options.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update data.
• Build good relationships with prospective clients.
• Follow up regularly and support the sales team in converting leads.
• Work toward daily and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Good spoken communication in Bengali, Hindi and English.
• Experience in telecalling or sales; real estate experience preferred.
• Target-oriented approach and good follow-up skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Good organizational skills.
• Candidates with their own motorcycle will be preferred.

Qualification

• Higher Secondary (Class 12) pass or above.
• Graduation preferred, but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: 10,000–15,000 per month.
• Travel allowance (TA).
• Performance-based incentives.
• Annual performance bonus.
• Yearly increment.

Locations

Thakurpukur, Howrah and Hooghly.

Working Hours

10:00 AM–7:00 PM, six days a week. Weekly off will be on a rotational basis.
