Hiring Technical Support Advisor For Tesco !! Freshers and Experienced

Key Responsibilities:

• Providetechnical supportand troubleshootMicrosoftproduct-related queries (Windows OS, Office Suite, etc.)
• Resolve issues related tosoftware installation, system configuration, and performance
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively and addressing client concerns professionally
• Assist clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, with technical troubleshooting steps
• Log and document all technical issues in ticketing systems and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Provide step-by-step instructions to customers to resolve technical problems
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome)
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft technologies(Windows, Office, etc.)
• Excellentoral and written communicationskills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strongproblem-solvingand troubleshooting abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts
