Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT staffing, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable contract staffing solutions.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to source new talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality resources to meet client expectations while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Team handling ,taking care for their responsibilities
