About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting key HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing abilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role is primarily focused on recruitment (80%) along with HR operations and coordination responsibilities (20%).
Recruitment Responsibilities (80%)· Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions across departments.
· Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for role alignment.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
· Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely hiring updates with hiring managers and leadership teams.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
· Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure regular follow-ups.
· Handle offer negotiations and candidate onboarding coordination.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
· Track recruitment metrics such as closures, TAT, and sourcing effectiveness.
· Build and maintain a strong talent database for future hiring needs.
HR Operations Responsibilities (20%)· Support onboarding and joining documentation processes.
· Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers.
· Coordinate with HR/Admin teams for new joiner formalities.
· Assist in employee engagement and HR coordination activities.
· Support attendance, documentation, and basic HR operational tasks.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
· Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
· Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment.
· Strong coordination and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills· Experience in Niche Hiring & Stakeholder Management.
· Knowledge of HR operations and onboarding processes.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
