Description
We are seeking a Hiring Sr. Executive- Facilities and Administration with 4-9 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities and administration, including office maintenance, vendor management, and employee services. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office facilities, ensuring all areas are clean, secure, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
- Manage employee services such as transportation, catering, and other facilities-related needs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Provide leadership and support to the facilities and administration team, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
- 4-9 years of experience in facilities and administration management
- Strong knowledge of office facilities maintenance and vendor management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
