Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hiring Specialist to lead talent acquisition efforts for our growing Oracle practice. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem--especially Oracle Cloud and demonstrate a strong ability to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier Oracle professionals across consulting and architecture roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Hiring Leadership
- Develop and execute a hiring strategy aligned with Oracle practice growth goals
- Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Build and manage a pipeline of Oracle-skilled professionals including consultants, architects, developers, and project managers
- Leverage industry networks, job boards, and social platforms to source best candidates
- Candidate Evaluation
- Screen and assess candidates for technical proficiency, functional expertise, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with panels to refine evaluation criteria for Oracle Cloud roles
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, sales, and leaders to ensure hiring aligns with demands and growth goals
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on hiring metrics and market trends
- Brand & Engagement
- Represent the company at Oracle-related events, job fairs, and online forums.
- Enhance employer branding within the Oracle talent community.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hiring for various Oracle roles, especially in Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS)
- Strong understanding of Oracle cloud functional modules and various certifications
- 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment of Oracle Cloud consultants
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
