Job Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, naukri, indeed, employee referrals, campus recruitment, and professional networks.
Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract qualified applicants.
End-to-end coordination for hiring, offer generation, and ensuring timely joining.
Seamless scheduling and conducting of meetings.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with managers.
Candidate Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates. Manage candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Onboarding: Ensure full support to the onboarding team of all new joinees.
Hiring Cycle Experience: Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding. 3 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Talent Sourcing: Building candidate databases for future roles and conducting proactive outreach campaigns. Campus Recruitment
Internship Programs: Coordinating with universities for campus hiring drives.
Process Improvement: Experience improving or standardizing recruitment workflows, interview processes, or feedback systems.
Other Departmental Work: Work closely with the HR Head on process improvements of various HR processes andsystem developments.
Qualification Skills Required
Hands-on Experience: In operating sourcing Tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job sites. Excel skills for tracking recruitment metrics.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and manage candidate expectations.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in understanding requirement, creation of job descriptions, interview coordination, and compliance documentation. Result-Oriented: Meeting hiring deadlines and targets.
MBA in HR with min 1yr of relevant work experience OR Graduate with PG Diploma in HR with 3yrs of relevant experience.
