10–15+ years of overall technology/consulting experience

7+ years in Data Engineering / Big Data / Data Platforms

Strong hands-on Databricks & Spark experience

6–8+ end-to-end Databricks project implementations

Strong knowledge of Spark internals and performance tuning

Enterprise Databricks architecture & modernization experience

Strong cloud expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP

Client-facing consulting and architecture experience

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional preferred/highly desirable

Candidates with only basic Databricks notebook or ETL exposure are not suitable. We are specifically looking for senior professionals who can independently drive solution architecture, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, architecture discussions, and customer engagements.
