Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior CSM + Custom App Developer with strong expertise in CSM modules and custom application development. The candidate should be adept at workflow automation, scripting, and UI development, with a customer-centric approach to design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow CSM modules (Case Management, Accounts, Contacts, Entitlements, SLAs).

• Build custom applications using App Engine / scoped apps.

• Implement workflow automation, scripting, and UI enhancements (Service Portal / Workspace).

• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth).

• Ensure alignment with CMDB/CSDM and customer-centric design principles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience with CSM exposure.

• Strong hands-on expertise in CSM modules.

• Experience in custom application development and workflow automation.

• Proficiency in integrations and UI development.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Candidates currently working on latest ServiceNow versions.
