We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to handle Trainer Hiring and Internal Employee Recruitment for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Hire technical trainers for courses like Data Science, DevOps, Cyber Security, Full Stack, Cloud, AI/ML

Recruit internal employees (Counsellors, Telecallers, Marketing, Admin, Operations)

Manage end-to-end recruitment process

Conduct initial screening & interview coordination

Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment reports

Requirements

3+ years experience in IT / Training Institute recruitment

Strong network with technical trainers

Good understanding of IT technologies

Experience hiring both trainers and corporate staff
