Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing business processes within the insurance domain.

• Develop process mapping and documentation for current and future state processes.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools, including training staff on changes.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-9 years of experience in process analysis or a similar role, preferably in the insurance sector.
