Hiring: Senior Lead / Architect Power Platform

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office) | Full-time

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Lead / Architect to drive enterprise-scale Power Apps solutions integrated with Azure and Snowflake. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys architecture ownership, hands-on development, and leading high-impact delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end architecture of Power Apps (model-driven + canvas)

Design Azure & Snowflake integrations (API, Functions, ADF/Synapse)

Establish Power Platform governance & COE standards

Lead hands-on build of complex, scalable enterprise solutions

Implement secure-by-design patterns & compliance frameworks

Mentor developers and lead delivery pods

Translate business needs into scalable architecture

Required Skills

Expert in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power FX

Strong Azure experience (API Mgmt, Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Azure AD)

Snowflake hands-on (schema design, performance tuning, ELT patterns)

REST APIs, OAuth2, integration architecture

ALM & DevOps for Power Platform

Strong SQL & data modeling knowledge

Proven enterprise program delivery

Experience: 812 years (Architect/Lead level)

Enterprise Power Platform + Cloud Integration background required
