Hiring - Senior Executive - IT Applications Solution For Gurgaon

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications Functional Consultant to support and enhance the Oracle ERP system across Manufacturing (MFG), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Distributions, and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and manufacturing departments to deliver seamless support, identify process improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support for Oracle Applications (MFG, SCM, Distributions, and Finance) across plant operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams (Technical, Administration, Infrastructure) to ensure system integration and performance.
• Work closely with manufacturing unit departments and department heads to understand and address functional requirements.
• Resolve functional issues for MFG, SCM, Distributions, and Finance users, including solution design and implementation.
• Ensure smooth execution of monthly closing (Month-End) processes.
• Continuously explore Oracle or related tools and products to enhance business processes and support organizational goals.
• Stay updated on new product functionalities, features, and related modules for Oracle Applications.
• Support internal and external SOX and IT audits by providing relevant system and process documentation.
• Proactively engage in continuous learning and knowledge sharing on Oracle ERP modules and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, especially in Manufacturing (MFG), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Distributions, and Finance.
• Deep understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounts, and Finance domains.
• Experience in process mapping and aligning Oracle functionalities with business needs.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards (SOX, IT Audits).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering effective and scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in supporting Oracle ERP in a plant/manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud applications will be a plus.
• Certification in Oracle Applications or relevant domain areas is desirable.
