Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Design for a leading industrial automation solutions provider in India. The company specializes in turnkey automation solutions, including online weighing and dimensioning systems, parcel sorters, assembly lines, robotic automation, and inspection systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–3 design engineers.
• Design and develop 2D and 3D layouts for warehouses, facilities, and manufacturing plants.
• Optimize space utilization, workflow, safety, and accessibility.
• Coordinate with mechanical design, electrical design, and PLC teams.
• Identify mechanical interface risks and provide appropriate design solutions.
• Conduct design reviews and interface meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and warehouse automation requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech with 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D.
• Experience in industrial automation, warehouse automation, plant layout, or facility layout design.
• Strong understanding of mechanical interfaces and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of structural design standards and industrial project requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
