We've learned there are individuals impersonating XPO employees and offering fake work-from-home positions. XPO will never make an offer of employment without first interviewing an applicant via phone, video or in person, and will never interview applicants via text message, email, Google Hangouts or social media.
Financial transactions are never part of the job onboarding process. XPO will never ask an applicant to pay a fee, refund an alleged overpayment or purchase equipment or training materials in connection with an application for employment.
