Hiring SAP HCM Consultant ll India

Experience Required 6 to 10 Years

· Experience in supporting SAP HR Module

· Extensive experience on supporting Australia Payroll

· Extensive Experience in Time Management Module both positive and Negative time

· Good understanding of OM and PA Modules

· Extensive experience on handling schemas and PCR

· Excellent communication Skills

· Configure and customize SAP Payroll modules to meet specific organizational needs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP HR Payroll with other relevant modules.

· Develop and execute test plans for SAP HR Payroll implementations and upgrades.

· Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve system defects.

· Provide training to end-users on SAP HR Payroll functionality and processes.

· Offer ongoing support to users, addressing and resolving payroll-related inquiries and issues.

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP HR Payroll configurations and processes.

· Keep documentation up-to-date with system changes and updates.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the SAP HR Payroll system.

· Success Factors Hand on – Understanding of SF modules (PMGM, EC) preferred
