Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Vlocity Developer (B2C) with 4-8+yrs in Sales Console and Agent Console within Telecom BSS environments. Experience developing and supporting end-to-end customer journeys and order fulfillment processes using Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Strong expertise in Salesforce Platform (Apex, LWC).

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).

Proficiency in OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, Integration Procedure).

Experience in Sales Console and Agent Console within Telecom BSS environments.

Solid understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and order fulfillment processes.
