Hiring: Salesforce FSL Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce FSL Developer to join our team and work on Salesforce Field Service implementations, customizations, and integrations.

• Develop and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and develop Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Service Territories, Operating Hours, Skills, and Scheduling Policies.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
• Work on FSL scheduling, optimization, dispatching, and mobile solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and deployment processes.

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Field Service architecture and data model.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL and Triggers.
• Experience with FSL scheduling and optimization.
• Good understanding of Service Cloud and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing & Security.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools / CI-CD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification.
• Salesforce Field Service certification.
• Experience working on end-to-end FSL implementation projects.
• Experience with Salesforce Mobile / Field Service Mobile.
