Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Travel: Self-Travel Required

CTC: Up to 45,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year as a Trainer in an International BPO

Job Responsibilities
Conduct training programs for sales and customer service teams.
Deliver product, process, sales, and communication training.
Conduct induction, refresher, and process training sessions.
Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Identify skill gaps and implement appropriate training plans.
Prepare training materials, assessments, and performance reports.
Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to improve team performance.
