Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.

Initiate and manage the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring requirements and offering tailored recruitment solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.

Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline information.

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Should have experience into cold calling.

Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Motivated self-starter with a driven and resilient mindset.
