Position : Personal Secretary (male)
- 1 . Administrative Support:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Arranging meetings, conferences, and travel plans.
- Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Taking dictation and minutes during meetings.
- Drafting, typing, formatting, and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- 2 . Communication and Coordination:
- Taking follow-up with department Heads/Managers for action plans (for assigned tasks/Project) .
- Acting as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
- Managing email correspondence and prioritizing responses.
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- 3 . Organization and Time Management:
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Monitoring office operations and ensuring efficiency.
- Anticipating needs and proactively handling issues that arise.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- 4 . Research and Information Management :
- Conducting research on various topics as required.
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and data.
- 5 . Support for Special Projects:
- Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Coordinating events and functions as necessary.
- Coordinating with Media department for social media images, content, Handling Social media accounts of the Company .
- 6 . Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Email drafting ,MS Excel, Powerpoint
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Discretion and trustworthiness due to handling confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
