Eligibility
- BSc Nursing / GNM / DGNM candidates
- Nursing graduates who are interested in building a career in Medical Coding & Healthcare IT
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with knowledge of medical terminology are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation..
- Understand and apply medical coding guidelines and client-specific requirements.
- Review diagnoses, procedures, treatments and clinical notes for coding.
- Maintain high standards of coding accuracy, quality and productivity.
- Identify missing or inconsistent clinical information.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow healthcare data privacy requirements.
- Participate in training, assessments and quality audits.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology
- Strong understanding of Medical Terminology
- Basic knowledge of diseases, treatments and procedures
- Good analytical and interpretation skills
- Good English communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in a healthcare/IT environment
