We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAP systems, ensuring their performance and availability, and implementing necessary upgrades and security measures.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems and components.
Perform system backups, recovery, and data archiving.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain security measures for SAP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and enhancements.

Skills and Qualifications

3-10 years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
Strong knowledge of SAP architecture and system landscape.
Experience with SAP installations and upgrades.
Proficiency in database management (Oracle, HANA, SQL Server).
Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows) in SAP environments.
Solid understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
