Description

We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Non Voice - Technical Support. In this role, you will assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective troubleshooting and support.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related inquiries.
Document customer interactions and technical issues in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
