Job Description

Position Name-Talent Acquisition Executive

Experience - 4+ Years (Recruitment only)

Role & responsibilities

  • Ideal candidate should have:
  • Non-Tech Hiring Recruiters with experience in either or multiple skillslike- medium or high-level Hiring, Engineers hiring, Managers hiring.
  • Preferably worked for client industry like - Energy, Telecom, Real Estate/Infra
  • Stakeholder Management experience is mandatory
  • Good Knowledge on Naukri portal, LinkedIn sourcing and other sites.
  • Ability to work on Data (excel)
  • Experience in working in any ATS
  • Has worked on complex Recruitment Process handling End to End Recruitment (From Sourcing Candidates to Offer release).
