Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Engineer specializing in Mechanical Seals and Instrumentation for a Part-time, on-site role located in India. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, providing tailored engineering solutions, and cultivating strong customer relationships. This role involves meeting sales targets, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The ability to present and demonstrate technical solutions effectively is critical to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and understanding the technical aspects of industrial solutions.
• Experience in Sales and Account Management, with a focus on maintaining and growing customer relationships.
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering, with the ability to understand technical components and systems.
• Skills in Sales Management, including strategizing, forecasting, and achieving sales objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Industry experience in mechanical seals or instrumentation is an advantage.
